A Fan of Nicki Minaj from day one, I was always in love with the "old nicki".  You know the one who rocked the long nails and bamboo earrings.  We first heard of her on a DVD titled ON the COME-UP.  We as listeners got a chance to know Onika Tanya Maraj.

R.I.P Whitney Houston 1963-2012

   Whitney Houston was found dead, in her bath tub at the Beverly Hills Hilton,  on Saturday Febuary 11th, 2012.  It was rumored that Whitney had Xanax and alcohol in her system (this is not quoted).  Houston, known for her beautiful voice and acting talents was a popular figure to the entertainment community.  Her death is tragic, but her life which had highs and lows and was always controversial and made for excellent conversations at the water cooler.
Fans of Whitney Houston can expect her appearance in the remake of the film, Sparkle.
The funeral of the music legend is scheduled for Saturday Feb. 17th, 2012.
